Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries — the refund system CBP built specifically to handle IEEPA duty refunds. It lives inside ACE. You or your broker upload a CSV file listing the entry summary numbers you're claiming refunds on. CBP then automatically recalculates your duties without the IEEPA charges and sends the difference back via direct deposit.
