Automated Clearing House — the electronic payment network through which CBP will issue refunds. CBP discontinued paper refund checks on February 6, 2026 under EO 14247. Importers must configure ACH refund settings with a NACHA-member U.S. bank. As of March 2026, only 26,664 of 330,000+ affected importers have enrolled.
