Duty drawback

A completely separate refund program (unrelated to IEEPA) where you get duties back on goods that you later export or destroy. Mentioning it here only to prevent confusion — if someone tells you to file for drawback on your IEEPA duties, that's the wrong process. Drawback claims follow their own rules under 19 U.S.C. § 1313.
